Since 2013, I’ve immersed myself in the world of yoga, drawing wisdom and inspiration from incredible teachers and experiences to share with my students. My journey has led me to specialise in trauma-informed and somatic practices, helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and minds in a safe, supportive environment.

I teach classes, workshops, retreats, and corporate sessions across Cheshire, offering a holistic approach that integrates mindfulness, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and somatic therapy. My work has included supporting premiership footballers in injury recovery, leading transformative retreats abroad, and creating inclusive spaces where everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, can experience the life-changing benefits of yoga.

With advanced training in Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Somatic Yoga Therapy, I focus on practices that promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and overall well-being. While my background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) adds an extra layer of insight to my teaching, my priority is creating a space where students feel empowered to explore yoga’s many dimensions.
