Since 2013, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals so I can share those lessons and experiences with my students.
I share the life-changing benefits of yoga and mindfulness, and integrate my Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) training, into classes, workshops, private and corporate sessions across Cheshire and Greater Manchester. I have organised and led retreats abroad, as well as after school yoga clubs helping children to access the benefits of yoga.
